Ginger is good for the wall lining of the stomach - that means that helps to fight heartburn and ulcers. Think about it. When was the last time the heart of a Japanese man was complaining of heartburn?

I could not tell what makes patchouli, but.

Patchouli is used for cleaning the skin and prevents acne well. The best way is to use a steam room scented ... Patchouli add some to a bowl with boiling water, lean over the steam (to avoid burning with a washcloth or something similar) and respiration during the steam.
